Freshly Brewed Filter Coffee and Tea Selection

Our delicious filter coffee uses Colombian coffee beans that are roasted in Lincolnshire to our own recipe. We provide a selection of fair trade tea

Lunch

Value Sandwich Platter (3 Pieces)

On each platter we offer a selection from the following fillings freshly made to order:

• - Roast Ham with home-made coleslaw
• - Chicken, lemon mayonnaise and Leaf
• - Tuna with crunchy cucumber
• - Egg Mayonnaise – with Cress  (v)
• - Mature Cheddar Cheese, Tomato Chutney and Mixed Leaf Salad (v)
• - Hummus with Roasted Vegetables (vg)
• - Falafel & Mango Chutney with Leaf Salad (vg)

Open Baguette Platter (2 Pieces)

Delicious open baguettes sliced in to four, with a selection of fillings:

• Ham, mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato and cucumber 
• Tuna mayonnaise with cucumber
• Chicken and Lemon Mayonnaise
• Crushed avocado, lettuce and tomato (vg)
• Hummus with roasted vegetables (vg)
  
• Goats cheese sun-dried tomatoes (v)
• Brie with onion marmalade and crispy lettuce (v)
• Falafel, Mango Chutney and Leaf (vg)

Each person gets two slices of baguette.

Salad

Please choose three of the following salads:

Fresh Coleslaw - Our freshly hand-made coleslaw contains carrot, cabbage, onion and mayonnaise.

Caesar Salad – Lettuce leaves dressed with Parmesan shavings and a sprinkling of croutons

Lemon-Parsley Bean Salad - A delicious crunchy and tasty bean salad bursting with Mediterranean flavours. Not only is the salad flavoursome and appetising it is also Vegan and Gluten Free.

Green Leaf Salad - Simple and healthy salad made with mixed leaves and served with a vinaigrette dressing.

Potato Salad - Freshly cooked new potatoes with mayo and chives for some extra freshness!
