Fresh Dessert Tarts

A mouth-watering selection of individual fresh sweet tartlets, made locally in Cambridgeshire, using short crust butter pastry and scrumptious fillings.

The tarts are cut in half and each person gets half a tart. The tarts are slightly smaller than a CD.

You will be provided with a selection of the following

• Fresh Fruit Tart - Brulee filled pastry case topped with a selection of fresh fruit and finished with an apricot glaze. 
• Lemon Tart - Our deep tart of sweet pastry is filled with a tangy lemon and cream custard.
  
• Vegan mixed berry crumble tart - Vegan pastry case filled with apple and mixed berries and topped with an oat crumble.
• Black cherry frangipane - Sweet pastry case filled with an almond frangipane, topped with black cherries and sliced almond

Each tart is a bit smaller than a CD.
